Information for 2024 Inductees
Hello and again congratulations for your induction into MnBS Hall of Fame!
The information included in this email should help you as you plan your day on October 6.
Please plan to arrive by 2:00 pm, check in at the MnBS table, locate your table in the theater, and put any equipment or belongings in the “green room” area we are providing. There ceremony will start at 3:00 pm with our refreshments starting around 3:30.
MnBS has reserved a table for you and five of your guests – our compliments. There is no need for you to purchase tickets.
Attached to this email is a short info form for you to fill out as soon as possible. This will help us to know who will be joining you at your table and if there are any special needs for seating or moving onto the stage (there are stairs). The link to this form is attached to this email. Thank you for returning this as soon as possible to help us prepare for your big day.
This is a prestigious award and you will be receiving a trophy as well as a medal. We are hoping you will wear the medal throughout the day so folks will know who you are. Most folks are in “business casual” or a little dressier for the event. We will have photographer present and those photos will be shared on mnbs.org as well as our Facebook.
You should have received information from Dan Schwalbe regarding the order of ceremony and information regarding the musical performances.
As you look at this revised schedule for the day, please note the time allotted for your presenter and your acceptance speech. We would like to stick to this time frame as best as we can so that we can finish on time.
