Road to Memphis Fundraiser Info
Proceeds for all activities will go into the Road to Memphis fund to support our band and solo/duo acts financially as they compete in Memphis.
Suggested Donation $15 at door.
Doors open at 12:30 for Silent Auction and Bake Sale contributions.
Kitchen will be open. MnBS will have membership forms and all of our “Bling”.
Great music by our solo/duo and band competitors from last year and this year!
We need silent auction items. We will start collecting the donations at 12:30. Please have an idea of the value of the item and what you think the starting bid should be. The auction will run from 1:15 to 4:45 PM. Be prepared to find some great treasures.
. Please drop off on Sunday after 12:30 pm. We really appreciate it if items are marked with a recommended price. It also helps if the items are wrapped in plastic or in portion you think would sell the best.
We will also have a 50/50 raffle. Buy as many tickets as you want.. we will draw one at the end of the day: MnBS keeps half of the pot, winner decides whether to keep the rest or donate it (or part of it) back to MnBS.
